WHAT DOES CHICKEN TIKKA MEAN?

Malai Kofta (paneer and potato balls in creamy tomato sauce). It’s my favored dish to purchase within an Indian restaurant and even better home made!Adore this recipe! We make it weekly but occasionally we don’t have yogurt. I’ve made it without and it remains delicious but thinking do you may have any substitutes? Thanks for this awesome rec
